Tanner Thomas, (31) grew up on a island in Ketchikan, Alaska, where he found a passion for riding standup jet skis when he was 14 years old. He was given the chance to travel to the mainland and compete in his first watercraft race in Issaquah Washington, 2008.
From there on he was hooked on the sport, welcomed by the wonderful jet ski community and continued to pursue his competitive career. Tanner was able to do so working commercial construction in Alaska, saving his money and traveling back and forth between the two lifestyles. Now Tanner is a full-time professional rider, trainer, salesman and entrepreneur. For the last 5 years Tanner has taken his construction experience to provide industrial trainings to clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.  Tanner works for Site Response to provide nationally recognized operator, safety and health trainings through his own company.

For 10 years Tanner has traveled to 11 European countries, Thailand, Russia, Canada and almost every corner of the USA riding skis and doing worlds first double backflip off v wakes.
2X National Championships and a World Championship 1st Place Title, Tanner rides for fun to show people what is possible on a standup watercraft as well as rides in shows, events, demos and films.
